The Disco rear carrier (pannier rack) is perfect for bikes with disk brakes.
The vertical tubes of the carrier suround the disk-brake unit from the rear.
This keeps the carrier narrow at its bottom end, for maximum stiffness.
The Disco comes with a Squewer, for hub mounting.
It can also be mounted, on carrier-mounting eyelets if your frame has them.
