Great Tea Shops / Coffee Shops in the area

The following of these tea rooms are easily reachable by bicycle on a few of my favourite training routes along quiet lanes.

The Tea Shop - Ipswich Road - Holbrook Suffolk IP9 2QR - Tel: 01473 327746 - Excellent variety of coffee hot and cold as well as deli.

D M Newman (award winning butchers with coffee shop) - 1 High Street, Lavenham, Sudbury, Suffolk  CO10 9PX - Tel: 01787 247226 - one of my favourites but sadly the cakes are not what they used to be, coffee & savoury still good though.

Magnolia tearooms -  (used to be Buckley-Saxon Cycles) - Castle Hedingham. Current leader in best cakes.

Jemima's - Finchingfield, by the river on the green - food ok but location superb.
